Job Description: 

My positions at SPIRE will include a mix of being in the office and at a variety of different events. In the office there will be flex days (that will provide me with time to work on tasks/projects) and other days I will have lessons from someone on the marketing team. These lessons are tasks or projects to go along with the lesson, which will provide first-hand experience on what I just learned about. The focuses or the lessons will be branding and Radio, Sponsorships, social media, Radio and Media, Digital Marketing, Community Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Give Backs, Competitors, NPS (Net Promoter Score), and Leadership. The tasks will range from helping run social accounts and providing content, ordering, and packing up SPIRE gear for events, branch deliveries throughout the state. I will also be tasked with two larger projects. We will share our presentation with the marketing team. The first project will be on reimagining the Young Adult Presidents Advisory Council, and the second was a digital competitor audit. The events that I will be asked to engage in would include, St. Paul Saints games throughout the summer, a handful of golf events including the 3M Open, a SPIRE Grand Opening, Sparky Shows at Como Zoo, a few parades, Starlight Cinema within a branch community, and a SPIRE night at Ogilvie Raceway. For these events we were providing a presence in our communities, engaging with the audience, handing out SPIRE swag, and enjoyed the event for ourselves. 

Requirements: 

Bachelor's, master's degree in business administration.
